Competition terms and conditions
1) Open to residents of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Arnold Clark Group and their immediate families their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this draw are excluded from entry. No third-party entries.
2) Entry is gained by commenting on the Facebook competition post asking the following: What would you clean first with a new Kärcher window vac?
3) Closing date for all entries is 23:59 Thursday 19th September 2024. Any entries made after this time will not be counted. No responsibility is accepted for any entries not received for any reason whatsoever. One entry only per person.
4) The competition is open to entries on the Arnold Clark Autoparts Facebook page. Entering the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5) From all qualifying entries, 1 winner will be selected to win a Kärcher window vacuum.
6) The winner will be notified via a reply and private message on Facebook.
7) The winner must provide the Arnold Clark Group with their name, shipping address, and email address or phone number for the purposes of supplying the prize. If a response is not received from the winner within 48 hours of the Arnold Clark Group informing them that they have won the competition, the Arnold Clark Group reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that winner and select an alternative winner.
8) When a response is given, the Arnold Clark Group will arrange delivery of prize via post within 28 days.
9) No entry fee, no purchase necessary.
10) No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.
11) The Arnold Clark Group’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12) The Arnold Clark Group reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
13) The Arnold Clark Group reserves the right to exclude any entries which they believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
14) By providing Arnold Clark with personal details for the purposes of obtaining the voucher, the winner agrees to participate in any reasonable PR requests in relation to the competition for a period of 3 months from the date of the competition draw. This may include an announcement on Facebook naming the winner. Any PR requests are without entitlement to any financial reward.
15) The Arnold Clark Group reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the promotion without prior notice, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
16)These rules are governed by Scots law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
